Samuel was very flexible as we were a large group and he waited until we were all present. He was soaked because of the rain, but carried on with enthusiasm and good humor. With our agreement, Samuel went well beyond the 90mins because of the late start. He was very engaging and clearly tried to tailor the tour to the attendees, as we also had a small French group join us a little later. We would strongly encourage other visitors…”
